HealthWeaver® Report Writer
The HW Report Writer resides within the HW Report Store and gives the end user the ability to
create on-demand reports. The end-user can create, view, print, and save the reports in their
own,” My Reports” area and they can do this from one convenient location. Once saved, reports
can be accessed and viewed in the HW Report Store by end users throughout the organization if
approved. Data Access & Reporting is based on security rights of the employee.

HealthWeaver® Report Store
The HW Report Store is the single location of all standard reports to be viewed via the
internet/intranet. The HW Report Store has a library of over 160 pre-defined standard healthcare
reports from which our clients can choose. Based on advanced security settings, users may
access, run and schedule any report listed by area of business. The HW Report Store offers
tremendous flexibility and offers an unlimited number of reports organized in customer-defined
categories as required by each client.

HealthWeaver® OLAP Cubes
The Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) Architecture component processes the data stored in
the HealthWeaver® Knowledge Base into a Cube format, often referred to as multi-dimensional
data structures. This enhances both the view of the flat data structures of columns and rows
by giving a subset/slice of data across the column and row. The OLAP Cubes give the data
contained in the Data Warehouse Architecture a more “real world” view of your business.
OLAP is also well documented to be significantly faster than other analytical reporting
tools, so it greatly enhances the speed and accuracy of your data analysis. HealthWeaver® comes pre-built with dozens of customizable cubes designed to meet the needs of almost any healthcare organization. For those with further needs or more complicated requirements, additional cubes can be created if they do not already exist. |
HealthWeaver® Data Explorer
The, web-enabled HW Data Explorer is a very powerful component of the HealthWeaver® Reporting Architecture.
The HW Data Explorer sits on top of the OLAP cubes and allows users to create, view, chart, print , export
and PDF any report quickly by “pointing & clicking” and “dragging and dropping” any data element that
exists in the HealthWeaver® Knowledge Data Warehouse. The HW Data Explorer also lets users “slice-and-dice”
the data and actually drill down to the line item detail at anytime. HW Data Explorer allows organizations
to identify the areas most in need of in-depth analysis then drill down and focus cost-saving efforts
on a particular area of their business, quickly, repeatedly and accurately. The end user can drill from
KPI alerts allowing immediate access to positive or negative events.

HealthWeaver® EIS (Executive Information System)
Our EIS System is fully integrated into the HealthWeaver® Business Intelligence Solution. The Dashboard
is driven off the user-defined KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators), which are tied to the security of
the user. Healthcare organizations can create benchmarks that compare industry averages to best practices.
They can also, based on their security level and role within the organization, create KPI’s that monitor
the performance of a specific manager or area of the company against identified company goals, which can
be used for different incentive for performance. The Dashboard includes graphing and charting capabilities
that identify positive or negative trends well in advance of them actually happening. As mentioned
previously the user can drill through the gauges into the specific area of analysis done to specific
detail.

HealthWeaver® Disease Management DxCG
DataLoom's Disease Management software allows healthcare organizations to manage all diseases
associated with their patients or members. Partner DxCG®, our clients are able to create a program
that allows a pre-emptive approach to controlling disease costs and improving quality of life for
their patients or members. With HealthWeaver®, our clients are able to identify and stratify patients
that may be susceptible to a future severe disease like diabetes. Patients are scored based on
Healthcare factors then the Case managers, in conjunction with the physicians, have the tools
necessary to work together and implement a care management program that dramatically improves
quality of care and controls costs for their patients.
