Glenn Dennis, CEO
Mr. Dennis is an accomplished senior executive with over 22 years of experience in the software/hardware/ technology and professional services industry. His professional accomplishments are well documented and diversified; Mr. Dennis has held senior executive technology positions with Exigent Solutions, SoftMed Systems and General Electric's Technology Solutions Group. In Mr. Dennis' last position, prior to joining DataLoom, he was President of Exigent Solutions (subsidiary of Exigent International, NASDAQ: XGNT ). In this position he was responsible for two different technology software and consulting business divisions based out of Alexandria, VA and Charlotte, NC. He assisted in selling Exigent Solutions to the Harris Corporation (NYSE HRS). As the Chief Operating Officer of SoftMed Systems, specializing in medical software for hospitals and clinics nationally, Mr. Dennis increased revenues from 25M to over 55M and scaled the infrastructure of the business model for future growth. Also helped raise significant venture capital on Wall Street. While General Manager of GE's Information Technology Solutions operation, he was involved with implementing a full Six Sigma program. Responsible for several acquisitions and increased revenues from $25 to $125 million. Attended SCSU, University of Maryland and holds BS in Business Administration from TCU.

Joel Isenstadt, Senior Vice-President of Development and Technology
Joel Isenstadt has over 28 years experience in the IT and software development industry. During his career Joel has continually developed his leadership style. Through the years Joel has enjoyed a successful career in technology. He has held a variety of management positions with a wide array of ever-increasing responsibilities. He has attained an impressive set of advanced technical skills as well as a management style that provides exceptional vision with knowledge and education for his staff. He is an accomplished software architect that has extensive experience in designing, creating and maintaining high volume software solutions in a variety of industries. For several years his focus has been dedicated to the healthcare industry where he has written, developed, maintained and administered high performance advanced analytical Healthcare software applications. To compliment his leadership management skills he also is a certified VB.NET Application Developer experienced with UML, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, DHTML, data analytics, database development, database administration, SQL, OLAP, MDX, data mining, ETL, XML, VB.NET, Crystal Reports, SQL Server and MS Analysis development. Joel served 14 years in the United States Navy and was awarded 3 United States Navy Achievement Medals and 1 United States Navy Commendation Medal (The highest Peace Time Award for enlisted personnel).

Arthur Myers, Director of Healthcare Services
Arthur has over 13 years experience in the healthcare industry specializing in Information Technology and Operations. His healthcare knowledge and experience diversified and well balanced, ranging from implementing financial software systems to overseeing the day to day operations of a nationally recognized hospital. At DataLoom Solutions, Arthur is responsible for all Client services and support which are part of DataLoom’s Client Lifecycle process. Arthur oversees the dedicated Client Account Teams as they follow DataLoom’s Best Practice Methodology for Client service and support. Our methodology is designed to provide exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Before moving to South Florida, Arthur was the IT Coordinator for the Greater Cincinnati Area Physicians (a division of Mercy Franciscan Health Systems), then Cincinnati’s largest physician group, overseeing all clinical and billing information technology projects. Previous to DataLoom, Mr. Myers was the Manager of Operations for Holy Cross Hospital. At Holy Cross he was responsible for numerous end-user implementations of technology and business initiatives. He earned is Bachelors degree from The Johns Hopkins University and holds a Masters in Business Administration from American Intercontinental University.

Scott Weiner, VP of Consulting Operations
Scott Weiner has over 12 years of Consulting and Healthcare Management experience. He was the NW
Regional Finance Manager for PacifiCare Health Systems, overseeing contracting, capitation, provider,
employer, and health economics reporting units. Additionally, Mr. Weiner served as regional representative
to the Data Warehouse Development team assisting in system conversions and the integration of acquired
health plans. Mr. Weiner formed his own consulting practice assisting healthcare clients to develop
reporting and analysis models and hi-tech clients in the development of Operational, Business, and
Financial plans. In addition, he served clients in varying roles on an interim basis including CFO,
COO, and VP of Sales. He received his MBA in Finance and Entrepreneur Studies from Seattle University
and a Bachelors Degrees in Accounting and Business Finance from Central Washington University. He holds
a CPA in Washington State and a CMA and CFM from the Institute of Management Accountants.

Keith Collins, MD, Advisor
Dr. Collins has been involved in medical informatics for over 20 years with a vast array of experience
in both the academic and corporate arenas. In the academic arena, he served as a faculty member, Director
of Clinical Computing, and eventually the acting Chief Information Officer at the University of Massachusetts
Medical School. In the corporate arena Dr. Collins served as the Corporate Medical Director and Regional
CEO at Healthsource (NYSE Public company eventually acquired by Cigna). Throughout his career he has
successfully implemented enterprise data warehouses in multiple healthcare organizations. Under his
guidance healthcare organizations have grown to become market leaders through the understanding of their
data. Dr. Collins received a B.S degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (M.I.T.) with a
strong background in computer science and is Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
