Corporate History
DataLoom Solutions® is a healthcare solutions provider focused on enabling performance
improvement and delivering data analytics and business intelligence software, located
in Coral Springs, FL.(Ft. Lauderdale area). DataLoom Solutions® was founded in 1999 by
Dr. Keith Collins and Dr. Neil Natkow – both seasoned healthcare executives with over 45
years of combined healthcare business experience.

Both founders were visionaries with a passion for healthcare. They realized in their careers with large healthcare organizations, the need for a different type of healthcare analysis and reporting software organization. In their years of experience they saw technology and software solutions that required months or years to implement, were very expensive and cost-prohibitive, were proprietary, and lacked the speed and flexibility that they desired for their organizations. They knew healthcare companies needed another choice.
DataLoom was borne of realizing--firsthand--the needs of healthcare executives, combined with their vision to provide powerful, yet easy-to-use software for analysis and reporting. But most importantly, the software and services had to be affordable and scalable for all sizes of healthcare businesses. Almost immediately the healthcare industry responded positively with several organizations purchasing DataLoom’s HealthWeaver® in the first year.
2000: HealthWeaver® developed, website created, marketing materials, Version 1 software released, first clients sold.
2001: Market HealthWeaver®, version 1.45 released, attended HIMSS show, several new managed care organizations purchase HealthWeaver®.
2002: Signed global Alliance Agreement with Amisys Synertech, version 2.0 software released. Attended national shows AHIMA, HFMA, and HIMSS conferences.
2003: First International client, RxCanada, attended HIMSS and NMHCC shows
2004: HealthWeaver®TM Version 2.5 released, growth requires new offices, attended national shows, HIMSS, AHIMA and NMHCC.
2005: Released HealthWeaver® HC pre-built for hospitals/clinics, attended NMHCC shows; expand consulting services.
2006: Signed Partnership Agreement with DxCG for Disease Management Initiatives. WMS (Wisconsin Medical Society) first state agency selects HealthWeaver®. DeSoto Memorial Hospital is first hospital to acquire HealthWeaver®. Released HealthWeaver® 3.4.
2007: DataLoom relocates to new facilities, HurleyPHO (Physician Healthcare Organization selects HealthWeaver® after an extensive national search.
2008: DataLoom & CodeTheatre sign global agreement to promote HealthWeaver® and CTHealth-HIMS to the healthcare hospital community world-wide.
