Training & Education

We understand that training and education are the cornerstone of success in all software implementations. We hold ourselves to very stringent standards for achieving the highest client satisfaction in the industry.

Our clients are busy and their schedules are always short on time. So our program schedules are convenient and offer choices that meet their demanding schedules.
Some of the choices are;
1.End user training sessions – DataLoom will conduct staff training sessions to provide hands-on use of the software to the end-users in a “safe environment” at the client or our facility.
2. “Train the trainer” sessions – DataLoom works with the client either on-site or at DataLoom to provide self training capabilities so that future users have the opportunity to learn from staff within the organization.
3. User Manual – The HealthWeaver® User Manual provides complete end-to-end documentation on the application, providing written guidelines, operational maintenance and general administration of the product.
4. On-line help files – Based on the User Manual, the context sensitive help is also located on line, which allow users the ability to search for answers to questions as they arise.
5. DataLoom Client Support Staff – In addition to a dedicated Account Team each client has DataLoom’s web based incident tracking software system that allows them to monitor any issue 24/7/365 days a year.
